With his cross-disciplinary experience in marketing and graphic design, Jason develops out-of-the-box design solutions to help businesses connect with their audiences. He is as comfortable creating specific design materials as he is developing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans.

Jason recognizes that developing an authentic, engaged community must start with a solid internal foundation. Marketing Design Manager
RAUCH BRANDS \ Seattle, WA, USA \ 2022 - 2025

  • Lead designer for customer facing materials across three brands: Jay Strongwater, Christopher Radko, and Kat + Annie.

  • Worked directly as part of the marketing team to increase Christopher Radko ecomm sales by ~30% year-over-year.

  • Played a major role in developing the modern design aesthetic for the brands and growing their multimedia presence.

  • Coordinated projects between VP of Design and Marketing in NYC and our team in Seattle.

Marketing Manager
Malaria Partners International \ Seattle, WA, USA \ 2019 - 2021

  • Developed marketing strategy and implemented tactics to counter industry-wide downturn in donations during the 2020 quarantine. 

  • Created and grew the Malaria Partners International (MPI) Webinar Series from 40 viewers to regularly over 120 viewers each month. Partnered with major organizations such as The Global Fund, USAID, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

  • Established MPI’s social media presence and developed its social media strategy to grow its audience from nothing to 300 followers on Instagram and 2000 to 2500 followers on Facebook from the end of 2019 to 2021.  With an average engagement rate on Facebook of around 8%, well above the average for the nonprofit industry.

  • Developed a post-COVID marketing strategy for 2022 centered around direct and experiential marketing efforts.
